Bosa Development’s second currently active construction project in downtown San Diego is located at Kettner and Ash just adjacent to the previous Bosa residential condominium projects – Bayside, The Grande North and The Grande South. Construction on Kettner and Ash began several months ago with the excavation of the lot located to the east of Bayside and to the north of Sapphire Tower. Currently the extensive work of constructing the foundation of the high rise tower is taking place.
The latest information on Kettner and Ash reflects that it will be a 36 story building with 273 two bedroom and 12 one bedroom condos.
