On December 9th, Bosa Development announced that they had welcomed their 100th owner at Pacific Gate. Pacific Gate is the latest luxury residential condominium development being built by Bosa Development in downtown San Diego. This includes 15 of the 32 Estate Residences, 76 of the 162 Luxury Residences, and 13 of the 20 Luxury Residences located on floor 5 or below. These numbers indicate an incredible demand for these condos that have only been available for purchase since April of this year.
